I so suck at this blogging thing. Maybe because baby girl keeps me on my toes. She has been a little on the quiet side. She wouldn't dress in her costume for Halloween. She picked out a monkey costume or as she calls it eeh eeh ooh ooh. She was so excited about it. When it got time to put it on she had an absolute fit. So all the searching and returning of other costumes lead me to that, no costume at all.

We went to a wedding Saturday and her halo was around her neck lol. She wouldn't sit still through the ceremony and until the music started at the reception she wouldn't either. The wedding was a lot of fun.

As for me the dieting is going slow. I started out with a bang and lost 3.6, and then I had a visitor that caused me to gain 1.4 and then I missed a week because of Halloween. Last night I lost .8 which was good considering Halloween candy. I swear my mother tried to sabotage me with the candy she gave the kids.

Garret's soccer season is going awesome so far. His team, the sharks are 3-0. This past Saturdays game Garret played with is sore ankle. He did as best as he could and was a total trooper. Our next game is Saturday @ 9. I hate early games.

Well back to baby girl, she currently leaning against my shoulder asking 50 questions. Remember when I was wishing she would talk? Now she doesn't shut up lol.

Till next time

So I decided.....

to change the name of the blog. I figured I had so many funny stories about baby girl, that maybe I would blog them! Today's story is that I noticed she gave herself a haircut. It's only because I was getting ready again to take her for pictures lol. She even admitted it when I asked her if she did it. I can get a straight answer out of her but not the 9 yr old lol.

So today I take the kids skating. There is a local rink here that lets them skate from 1-3 for 3.00. Today my mother in law brought the twins to. Well I pay and we get skates on. Garret who is still in the learning stage, skate to the other end of the rink and sits. I tell Caylee and Cole to get him to come back and he won't. I turn to deal with Bailey, who doesn't want to skate at all and look up and my MIL is 1/2 across he rink getting Garret off his butt and skating lol. The only time the little princess skated was when I mentioned going to get a snack! She did however enjoy doing the Cha Cha Slide.

Tonight wan't as hellish as last night. probably because he doesn't feel good. Link the video: http://www.youtube.com/user/ltleefan88

Wheres the justice?

I cannot believe they found Casey Anthony not guilty. Where is the justice for little Caylee? It just breaks my heart to think they will never be any? And how can the family get closure with this verdict. What I do know is if she goes to jail, if she goes somewhere other than where she is now, she will get hurt. I don't believe she will be safe when she is free either. Thanks just my opinion.

Finally Home

It has been a long week. We were enjoying our stay-cation over in Homosassa Springs, Fl. It is really nice over there. Good fishing combined with the ice cold springs to swim in after a hot day of fishing.

We arrived on June 17th. Jenny, Tommy and the kids hung out with us until saturday night. When we got there on friday, we just hung out, got settled in and ate. On Saturday we spent 1/2 the day fishing and the rest in the springs. We had to keep the little one happy lol.

The rest of the week was whole bunch of fishing and swimming. I caught the total of 3 sharks. 2 made it into the boat, one I lost as I was trying to get it on the boat. That was very exciting for me!

On Thursday, my Mom came down and we went and had lunch with an old friend, Rita who we hadn't seen in years. We had a lot of good food, and conversation, plus the usual entertainment from Bailey. As I went outside to take a phone call, there was a manatee swimming in the canal. That plus the huge school of dolphin from the day before was just awesome. While we were doing that, the boys were out fishing and Garret had a great day!

More tomorrow about vacation. It's nice to be home. Dan got to take naps today for his birthday!
